Mergewrite Refund Policy

Effective: September 6, 2026

Every Mergewrite purchase, whether a credit pack or a subscription, is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

How it works

If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@mergewrite.com within 30 days of the transaction and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

A refunded credit pack's credits are removed from your account. A refunded subscription ends immediately.

Timing

Refunds are processed by our merchant of record and reach your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Deleting your account

If you delete your account from the add-on, any purchase made within the previous 30 days is refunded automatically as part of the deletion.
